  • I've banked at many banks in my 62 years and I tolerate the LONG waits no matter when you go to this branch, but the kicker came yesterday when I went in to get a paper notarized - they have NO notary service here EVER!!!!!!! I have NEVER banked at a branch that didn't have this very BASIC service, and that includes credit unions and Savings and Loan companies. Is there no one there smart enough to be certified? This institution is making money off me hand over fist and the receptionist tells me to go to UPS. I won't say where I want Bank of America to go. My advice - go elsewhere.
