  • Arrived at the beach club only to find out they did not have my reservation that was made using their website to book at cabana (which was booked in August). The front counter guy had a lack of care as he told us this was their last weekend for the beach club and summer was almost over for them but he would try to get us a cabana (like the money we were about to spend was too little for them). He did get us a cabana but it was not what we originally booked for minimum spending of $300 (actual bill $700). The 2 servers were good refilling our drinks and providing food (the bill had automatic gratuity of $65 which the server girl said they don't get and said if I left an additional tip they would receive that one (how sad, looks like the club gets the automatic tip or she pulled a fast one on me). As for the cabana it was not as expected the fan was not working, no private bathroom and shower as promised, had to ask about towels, ect. All in all not a good experience and probably would not come again. View at the pool and pool itself are beautiful but the staff needs a serious revamp. I would have loved this place but it was for our birthday celebration and it was far from on point.
