| - Four of us went for a manly American Wagyu tasting menu. My second visit to Craftsteak, but their first. Excellent experience, all left well satisfied. I also had the wine pairing which was done with precision and ease.
Three course menu consisted of:
Three Salads to share: Had Frisee bacon and poached egg, Traditional Caesar, and then the Prosciutto and Figs. All were tasty, fresh, large.
Entree of 4 Full Steaks of our choice of American Wagyu: RIb-eye, Flank, Filet, and NY Strip. Again, all were well prepared (medium rare), buttery, rich and definitely lived up to the expectation of Wagyu. Was definitely an interesting tasting to compare and contrast the four cuts, would recommend to all.
Dessert: 6! Desserts to share (of what appetite we had left, including berries, ice cream, tarts, not sure what wasn't included.
Professional steakhouse, tough to justify trying others when in Vegas, but maybe we will one of these days.
