  • If you love Jose Andres and you love meat, then you'll LOVE this place!!! Jose Andres is one of my favorite chefs! He had me hooked after eating at the bazaar at the SLS in LA (several visits). I've also filled one of the seats at é at the Cosmo. Amazing experience. Eric was our server and the best one at that!!! His wine recommendations were on point and he told us that what we ordered was plenty and we didn't need more. He was a waiter who knew the menu inside and out and can recommend to your heart's desire. Amazing! Even though we were only a party of two, we did order a quarter of the suckling pig. It was the most expensive pig I've ever purchased, but it was darn good! The skin was nice and crispy and we were able to get the back fat. You know, the good stuff lol. I can't wait to go back, and with more people so I can try more items. And I hope to get Eric again as our server! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Eric! You rock!!
