  • We just had a horrible experience with Jeff Ostroff. I'd stay away from him. Unless you don't mind having your TV gone for over 2 weeks and then being charged extra for the part that he "assumed" you wanted "rushed." He was unprofessional and rude. He finally fixed our tv, but I would NEVER use him again! Horrible, Horrible customer service!
