  • Wow...the guy that did the estimate on our car yesterday (and I'm assuming owns or at least is in charge of the place) is one of the rudest, most arrogant men my husband and I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Brought our car in for an estimate and from the beginning the guy was a piece of work. Unnecessarily smug for no reason any time I asked a question. When I tried to inquire about the length of time he said it would take to repair our car he was very short and abrupt with me letting me know there were dozens of other cars before mine and he would get to it when he could get to it. Despite my better judgement I left the car there to be fixed bc I didn't want to deal with the hassle of taking it somewhere else. My mistake. My husband (who wasn't with me when I dropped it off) called this morning to ask a few questions. Long story short instead of answering my husband's questions like a normal person, the guy became very hostile and confrontational for absolutely NO reason. My husband asked a simple question about the repair to which the guy replied, "I don't care!", then hung up the phone on my husband! Seriously?! I had to head back over to Hollywood Body to pick my car up and thankfully found a much better place to do all the repairs for hundreds less than he quoted me! So maybe I dodged a bullet. But in short, if you like being treated like crap and like your business doesn't matter by all means, bring your car here! But if you want a timely repair and appreciate being treated like a human being there are far better (and better priced!) places out there!
