  • Never had any work done but for a good reason. This doctor betrayed me by discussing my case with my previous surgeon against my wishes. My previous surgeon, who has permanently disfigured me actually got in my face at a follow up appointment and mockingly yelled in my face that he talked to Dr. Gawley about me. This speaks for Dr. Gawley's integrity. Make your decisions wisely. Arizona is not a good place to have plastic surgery (A friend was actually told this by another plastic surgeon in town-Nobody is good here in AZ).
