| - 1. Very expensive.
2. Nice location, but it's still a lobby bar, so it's open to the lobby. It is cool to walk out by the pool in the summer. Unfortunately the pool and nearby patio are both closed in the winter, as a security guard came and told us the pool was closed for winter. Kinda surprised we couldn't even walk out on the patio. No matter.
3. Drinks are fine, but PRESS has a reputation as a specialty/artisanal cocktail bar.....I didn't see or wasn't offered a menu, so I asked the bartender for a light, refereshing drink...he said, "ummmm....what kind of liquor do you want?" I said, "how about a gin drink?" He gave me a blank look, so I said "what's one of your most popular? What do you like?" He said "Well I can do a gin & tonic?" I guess lesson learned for me. This isn't a specialty cocktail bar manned by "mixologists". It's just a regular ol' bar with regular ol' bartenders.
If I were staying at the 4 Seasons, I might drop in for a drink, but on a stretch of road populated by some of the best cocktail bars in the country, there is zero reason to go to this remote area.
