rev:text	I looked for every way possible to not have to click that one star, because they don't even deserve that. God I wish I would've read these reviews before I went to this nightmare of a store! My story is similar to Rebecca S's. I have to start by saying GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! You're seriously better off going to a dump getting the appliance you're looking for and fixing it yourself off of a you tube video! Becky and her husband are seriously the world's biggest liars!!! You can read every post on here, and they're identical, this place needs to be shut down! !! We literally got every story the other reviewers on here got plus a lot more! Becky lied so much she forgot her own lies, my husband had to go in there because they of course quit answering his calls and when we'd finally get someone to answer they would make up some BS and we'd never get a call back. Their "repair guy" is useless! !! I honestly believe he's a day laborer that does in front of home Depot waiting for work! So as of today I have a washer and dryer (the dryer was just supposed to be a loaner for TWO days) that six weeks later doesn't work right, and I had this genius repair guy come in and try to tell me the washers problem was that the tub below it, needed to be SCREWED INTO MY CERAMIC TILE! Like I said, useless! All of them! My story, was that all of the appliances were from home Depot and Lowe's they were never used just floor models, that had scratches and dents, TOTAL LIE! The washer is 4 years old and the dryer is 5 HD & Lowe's do not keep their floor models for 4 & 5 years! ! This place is absolute JOKE and I think everyone needs to ban together to close that place down! I think about the elderly folks that live in sun city on their minimal social security and one of them needing something and ending up there !!!! I too, went to the BBB, so I can't wait to see what their response is, I know it'll just be more lies, that's all they know how to do! 3 on your side is my next venture on Monday morning, so if anyone is interested in making SURE this place gets shut down, please email me at drakes plans@gmail.
