  • Looks can truly be deceiving. Everything in the shop looked amazing, but I left very disappointed. I came in and tried the macarons and a hot chocolate on a rainy afternoon. The macarons were too sweet and I could barely taste the flavors that they're labeled as. The almond meal was clearly not sifted through properly because the shells were grainy. The hot chocolate was the right texture and consistency but also way too sweet to be enjoyable. I tossed out half of it because it was too sweet to finish.
