Brunch review:
Our table ordered the Hit the Trail Flapjacks and the Corn Quesadilla.
Flapjacks: We've eaten a lot of pancakes in Madison, and these rank among some of the most novel. They contain lots of seeds, nuts, and dried fruits, as well as topped with red chile butter (TBH, couldn't taste the red chile aspect much). Excellent.
Quesadilla: Really liked the fact that it was made with a yellow corn tortilla rather than a standard flour tortilla. Black beans also rounded it out nicely.
Dinner: Sorry to say I don't have a distinct memory of dinner, ate their quite a while ago. However, my companion and I both remember that the meat quality seemed higher than most other BBQ meals. However, I could have sworn that they said their BBQ pork came from Jordandal farms. Now I don't see that anywhere on the menu.
Overall we enjoyed our meal and will come back.
