  • The process was seamless from start to finish. Landon (the installer) was great! He was professional, funny, personable and knowledgeable. Courtney (at the main office) said to expect 4 hours for the install, but it only took 2 1/2 hrs. Landon explained everything to me in detail. I had absolutely no questions unanswered. We even set off the alarm to hear how loud it gets. Grant it, it's only been a few hours since installation, but I feel very confident that my family is safe and secure now with this alarm system.
