I usually hate going in to Sally's because the girls there are never helpful and they really just don't care. I've gotten so much wrong information from them that I now do most of my research online before going in to purchase my items. I went in last month because I was wanting to go back to my natural hair color (from bleach blonde to a level 7ish) I was super nervous and kind of overwhelmed looking at all the different types of dyes and mainly because I've attempted to go back to my natural color only to end up with an uneven green/gray toned mess so I'll usually go two shades too dark. I was approached by an extremely friendly employee who seemed to actually care, I told her what I was wanting, she then checked my roots for me and picked a shade that matched perfectly. She introduced me to neutral protein filler and walked me through everything. Probably the nicest woman I've ever met. I've been scared to finally dye my hair, mainly fear of it fading to quickly or turning green or gray or some other funky color. I did it two weeks ago and I'm more then impressed, the color came out identical to my regrowth, the tips of my hair did fade a little so I did have to re do them (which was to be expected) but other then that its exactly what I wanted, and I really don't think Id be as satisfied with it if I winged it and did it without that woman. I don't think I'll go to any other Sally's.
