Aim to Please and Brandon Ayers stripped my grout when they cleaned my tile by using too high of a psi. Cost me more than $800.00 to get it repaired. Refused to provide the name of their insurance company so that I could make a claim for their negligence and unfortunately carpet and tile cleaners are not required to provide that information to business licensing.
If I still lived in Las Vegas I'd sue them in Small Claims Court.
Mr. Ayers never warned me that his stripping the grout could be a potential result and had the audacity to blame me for the result.
In my opinion, one should do business ONLY with those that take responsibility for their actions. I would AVOID Aim to Please Cleaning like the plague.
