| - After seeing an episode of "The Zoo" (behind the scenes at the Bronx Zoo in New York) where they used Cryotherapy on Dave, a 15 y.o. Kangaroo who had lost his hop due to arthritis in his right knee, I decided to check it out.
So, on Monday afternoon, I left a message. And, within 20 minutes, Vanessa called me back. After answering my questions, I was very interested in trying Cryo Therapy out since I've been suffering with Tendonitis in my right shoulder. I've been doing the exercises that my Ortho Specialist gave me. And, in addition, I've been taking a supplement. And, that combination has helped. Though, I'm still left with the "throbbing" discomfort.
When I arrive, Vanessa greeted me with a smile, and a handshake. A minute later, Sean came out, and introduced himself, with a handshake. Both are great people, and made me feel quite comfortable.
Sean gave me a tour of the facilities. And, I had originally planned on going in for a Local treatment only. But, after talking to Sean, and listening to the benefits, I decided to go with a Whole body treatment. WOW! Even after one, 3 minute treatment (cold for sure. But, not as bad as one would expect for being near naked (socks, slippers, gloves and underwear) in somewhere around -300 degree F), my shoulder felt really good.
And, not only that. It helps to cleanse the body. And, can help improve sleep (something I can use for sure). Of course, I have to take more sessions. But, I'm looking forward to it.
And, their prices are better than I expected (especially since they are in the Biltmore area of Phoenix). Plus, they have session packaged at reduced rates, too.
Thank you, Sean and Vanessa of CryoWorld Therapy,
