I've returned a faulty leash in the past without any issue. Instead of the same brand I got a King brand. This leash is only 1 year old and already broken. I tried to contact the manager about returning the item for a new one in hopes I'd receive the same level of customer service. Unfortunately, a manager by the name of Amy suggested I have the original receipt and informed me they are unable to do a lookup in the system. I explained to her I was hoping to get the leash replacement so I can walk my dog. She didn't have any other suggestions than the original receipt and I expressed my dissatisfaction and she hung up on me. I also spoke to the corporate office and they said receipts can be found via Pet Perks numbers. They didn't have any issue looking it up in the system. I will be sure not to shop here again because of the poor level of customer satisfaction.
