The most awkward and absurd customer service experience I've had in a while.
I reserved a Uhaul online for a pickup and drop off from and to this location. A few days later I realized it was more cost efficient to just drop it off on the other side of town. Not bringing it back to this location. I called Uhaul and made changes to the reservation.
When I arrived to pickup my Uhaul the owner and his wife both went off on multiple tangents telling me how because i changed my reservation a disabled customer wasn't going to get their Uhaul. They repeatedly tried to make me feel bad and tried to kind of pressure me into changing my reservation as if it was my problem. Which I didn't. Awkward as hell and just all around shitty customer service. Rent elsewhere. You may get guilt tripped during your experience here.
