  • DO NOT GO HERE! Do not waste your time going to Mark Kia in South Scottsdale! OMG, what a waste of time, lies and HORRIBLE customer service! I spoke, via email, all day with Jack and Jacob, about one SPECIFIC car, and they kept saying they'd match any price, etc, etc, etc. I made an appointment to come in at 4pm and when I arrived there, I was half heartedly greeted by a salesman in the parking lot (horrible first impression), he instructed me to see the Receptionist to have her page Jacob for me. Walking into the dealership itself, I felt I had walked into an ashtray. Yuck! The entire dealership reaked of cigarette smoke. The receptionist wouldn't look at me or greet me, so I had to interrupt her and ask her to page Jacob for me. She rudely did so and I directed myself to have a seat. After waiting in the smoke filled lobby for over 10 minutes, and having one salesman walk by and BELCH (without even excusing himself - OMG, what a pig!) and listening to the Receptionist and a handful of salesmen talk about where to order dinner from, Jack finally greeted me and took me out to the car where Jacob was pulling it around. I immediately stopped them both and indicated the wheels on the model were NOT what I specifically said to them I wanted included on the car, and the car itself was filthy! Dirty on the outside and dusty and dirty on the inside! I didn't even get in. Once again...I made an appointment to come in! Wouldn't they at least clean the car up for me to really try to make a sale, or at least attempt to be a good dealership!? After Jack claimed if I wanted the wheels I told him about earlier in the day, then I'd need to go up in the trim (what the hell was I talking to you all day for then!?) He instructed Jacob to go get the other trim model and bring it around. I refused to go back in the lobby and sit in that stink again, so I waited outside...again for over 10 minutes and Jacob shows back up in the parking lot, with the previous car saying he was just now going to go get the other model. What the hell was he doing all this time!? I got in my car and immediately left. Talk about a dishonest cluster of a dirty, gross dealership! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
