  • I was not really concerned about these negative reviews because I've always had excellent service Hermes. This branch did not disappoint me. Went in looking for a certain color shoe, they did not have it but the sales associate Jennifer Hughes was very helpful in trying to locate my color and size. Although we were not successful she still represented herself and the company in the highest of standards set out by this brand. If you're a frequent buyer of Hermes or new to the brand you shouldn't be put off by some of these negative comments. But it is Vegas so I'm sure that has much to do with it.
