  • I came here to purchase a Mini Cooper after my car was totaled. Robert James was honest and made the whole experience quick and painless. We were in and out in just a few hours and he even stayed a little late to accommodate us. As I was leaving I noticed that my drivers side floor mat was missing. Robert assured me that he would find me one after his vacation. In the past I have been lied to by many car salesmen - naturally, I just assumed I would never hear from him again. I thought I would just have to suck it up and by a new one. But guess what?! A week later he called and said he had ordered me a pair of new mats! Even though it's a small detail it made my day. I was very surprised and very pleased :) So thank you Robert James for being an honest person! I love my car!
