  • How does one rate an airport? It's tough to do. It's not designed to hold you for very long.. just designed to shuffle you through and onto your destination. Unfortunately for me.. I had a late arrival from Edmonton, and 6 or 7 hours to burn until my flight to Halifax via Montreal was to depart. The placement of the baggage carousel's are confusing and not without their pitfalls (the tracks broke twice during my wait for my bags).. there was no one around to tell me where I could go to wait for my change over flight.. instead I ended up in the front area, deprived of any kind of seating that would allow you to sit comfortably for such a wait.. (let alone rest my eyes) I was pretty disheartened to have to lay on a stone slab for 3 or 4 hours, before having to walk around like a zombie before security opened. Not a great stop by.
