The woman who was at the front desk was friendly and kind and super nice. There was a 20 minute wait for a pedicure even though there were empty chairs and people standing around, but it was Saturday so it wasn't a big deal. When we were sat down, the water was completely stagnate; like a bath tub. I can do my own nails if that was I was looking for, and my mom's was bubbling and colorful, so I thought maybe something was wrong. When I asked a woman working there, she didn't seem to understand what I was saying and then she was rude! She said "You not sitting there, what the problem?!" even though I was told to sit there. She then rolled her eyes and walked away without fixing the problem. Then she tells the woman who is about to start working on my mom to switch to me; turns out, I was supposed to be her customer! This is your grand opening weekend and that is how you are treating people? The girl who worked on my nails was sweet and gentle but left behind skin on my heel and cuticles on my toes. I doubt I will go back here again.
