  • Watchout for these scumbags. I wanted to port in a phone number to my existing account. The told me I had to cancel the old line and they would start a new one in order to complete the process. They also photocopied my ID without my permission they only said they needed to see it to access my account. It turned out this isn't an AT&T corporate store it was some scumbag franchise store!!!
