  • Please don't do business with Infusion soft read the bad reviews stay away from this company. we signed up with them and its been a nightmare, very disorganized , bad customer service after 2 months of dealing with people at Infusion soft who didnt know what they were doing we gave up and cancelled. We were told by Infusion soft there is no free one on one session to learn the program just to watch the videos witch doesnt make sense, after complaining 2 weeks later , a manager told us we had a 1 hour session . We had our session scheduled a week later but I never got a call or an email , so after speaking to managers , it seems there was an excuse for everything, the transfer of excel data or any kind of data to infusion from any kind of source is no good. We use Buildertrend.net , does everything its like a one stop shop, great customer service , very friendly and organized company, the software can help a company grow from 1 million and beyond ask for Adam at buildertrend he is very helpful.
