  • Mastro's is AMAZING! Every single thing I have tried at this restaurant is DELICIOUS. Their dining room is very unique yet has a classy fine dining feel to it. My favorite tables are located within the "tree house" because who doesn't want to be in a tree house? =) I've been there a bunch of times and below are some of my favorite food items: - Alaskan King Crab Legs - (Available by the pound) Comes out warm and ready to eat with the shells already cracked open. They serve it with melted butter but I prefer their cocktail sauce instead. - Cocktail Sauce - Yes, I put this in it's own category LOL. It's AMAZING. This is the best cocktail sauce I have ever had. It has the perfect amount of kick. - Shrimp Cocktail - huge, plump, and delicious! One order includes 3 shrimps. It comes out in an entertaining presentation because of the dry ice below the bed of ice. - Dungeness Crab Cocktail - This is probably the best value for the seafood tower appetizers. You get a bunch of crab meat with a few different sauces: cocktail (again, its the best!), Mastro's mustard, and extra horse radish (super strong). - Bone-In Rib Eye - They seem to cook a little more on the rare side. Possibly because the plate comes out at 400 degrees. (Be careful!) The meat tastes fabulous alone but they do offer Bearnaise and Peppercorn sauce as an option. - Sea Scallops - Perfectly cooked and savory (Appetizer portion has 3, Entree portion has 5.) - Signature Warm Butter Cake - THIS IS THE BEST DESSERT EVER!!!! Warm butter cake topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and served with a huge side of whipped cream. It is quite large and well worth the price! Serves 3-4 people easily. The service is genuine and attentive. If you put any notes in your reservation such as a special celebration, they pay close attention to it. It was so nice to not worry about telling the server it was my boyfriend's birthday. I know I listed a bunch of my favorites, but if you could take away anything from this review, TRY THE BUTTER CAKE! =)
