  • I honestly have never dealt with such terrible customer service. From scheduling to the technician, everything was a nightmare. I will be sure to let my home warranty company know that I never want these people sent to my home ever again! Took 2 weeks for them to come back to my house after ordering a part to repair my dryer and the tech even had the audacity to hand me the cardboard box the part came in so that i can get rid of it for him and he left the laundry room extremely dirty!
