  • I lived at Metropointe for 2 years and experienced a nice staff but they are incredibly lazy. I have walked into the office while calling them to watch them ignore the phone calls. Upon move in they double booked my storage space and had no record of who either the residents renting the storage space were, ( I had items stolen and they did nothing for me). The community is dark and there is a rare amount of guest parking and god forbid you have two cars. Lastly upon move out they tried to make me pay for a carpet replacement even though the carpet was at the end of its life cycle and was used a year prior to my occupancy.
