  • I love this place. It's a small, clean, and unique grocery store - I say "unique" because they carry a wide variety of high-end, organic, and gluten-free products. In the back, you can purchase to-go coffees, dishes (pizza, samosas, etc), and desserts. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and friendly - and their butcher is simply awesome when it comes to advice on buying, dressing, or cooking the various meats available. The only downside is it's "regular" items are a little pricey compared to a normal grocery store (ie. their 4-pack Oikos Greek Yogurt is 4.99 vs 3.99 at Sobey's/Metro), but their sales are usually pretty good.
