  • To be honest, I absolutely hate hate hate dealing with car issues and have been dreading finding a repair shop. I had been to a few places in Vegas and always left feeling unsatisfied and rushed. I decided to try out Desert Oasis even though it didn't have as many reviews as other shops and they did not disappoint! Came here about a week ago to get a standard Service A for my 2003 Mercedes C320 which included a much needed synthetic oil change. I asked them to run diagnostics on my vehicle since I was going to give the car to a family member and wanted to make sure that it was safe. They were very thorough and honest with what needed to be fixed. It turned out to be much less than I had originally anticipated and was very reasonably priced. Once I returned home I (of course) checked the pricing online with each suggested repair and was relieved to find that it was comparable to fair estimates I had found online. I made an appointment to bring my car in a week later and they were very accommodating. I was also impressed by their online notification and maintenance tracking system which made it easy to review my quotes and appointments. When I dropped off my car I was prepared to spend the whole day in the shop (I had packed snacks and books) but luckily they were able to arrange a ride for me so I could relax in the comfort of my own home while waiting for repairs! That was much appreciated. Both of the ladies working at the front desk, I believe their names are Candice and Laura, were very patient with me and answered any questions I had. Though it is a small shop I was very impressed by the team dynamic and the efficiency in which my work was handled. Thank you Desert Oasis and I will definitely return again! But hopefully not too soon haha.
