  • The owner is SO rude! He doesn't seem that he even wants business. It's too bad because I like supporting small shops and I live for matcha. I went twice and those two times it said be back in 5 mins. Those 5 mins were almost 20 minutes. And when he finally came back and I told him I came twice and he wasn't there, his response to me was, "it happens often!" What does that mean. He tells me he refuses to sell me matcha with hot almond milk because that will ruin the almond and matcha. He can only do soy. Which is ridiculous. I mean I am the one paying. Give me what I want. And I am very knowledgable about matcha.
