  • they have POOR customer service. we were sitting at the pool and it got a bit cloudy so they told us we had to evacuate the pool. i was upset but not mad. we decided to sit inside by the tiny jazcuzi and i was finally relaxing when the massage therapist turned the corner and slipped and used my foot to break her fall. my foot was throbbing but not visibly bruised. however that night my foot was killing me. i had to take anti inflammatory meds and sleep with ice pack. i went to the front desk to complain and all she kept saying security will. take a report. they did. there was no appology or sympathy. the next day i went back to the spa to let management know. she already knew but offered nothing. no one even called the next day to see how i was feeling. poor customer service.
