  • These fantastic gentlemen went above and beyond, not kidding, in every aspect of our ballooning adventure. These are friendly, informative, fun, and caring individuals with a real passion for what they do, and they communicate their excitement clearly. The entire experience was better than we could have imagined, and that's including having to reschedule the flight because of the weather the first morning. They explained everything in great detail, made us feel that our safety and the ensuing experience were truly their first priority, and could not have been more pleasant in each interaction. Thank you so, so much, guys! You made our adventure much better with your great attitudes.
