I shouldn't have to track down a manager. As for sending the car back a second time, Yes I did, It still was not vacuumed properly and the windows were still not cleaned. No where on either side of the paperwork I was given does it say that It is required by the customer to find a manager in order to get a Two door Chevy Cavalier Vacuumed shampooed and washed. Why can't It be done properly the first time?
My best guess is your detail man is just plain lazy or just shouldn't be allowed to work unsupervised.
