Hi,
I doubt that this email will ever reach anyone of any importance, because your company has in addition to other evasive means, hidden the names of Corporate Executives from the general public.
I will try to make this short and sweet.
Placed an order on 7/9/2016 for furniture for the sum of $1,668.27. unfortunately another financial issue forced us to TEMPORARILY cancel this order on 7/10/2016.
Was going to reorder these items within 60 days of cancellation. However, your cancellation and restocking fee policy, which your store is adamant about, demanded that we pay a fee of $293.75 because we needed to temporarily cancel this order.
In view of you companies hard -nosed attitude of ripping customers off because of changed circumstances, which really didn't cost your company a penny, we have decided to NOT REORDER this merchandise through your company.
So, I guess the trade off here is, is we get ripped off by your company for $293.75 (good for you) and your company looses $1,374.52 in future sales (good for us).
Needless to say, we will not be setting foot in any of your stores in the future and I will personally be listing this experience on as much social media as I can; Ripoffreport.com, Yelp, (which you already sport poor ratings), etc., etc.
I just hope the $293.75 you ripped us off for was worth the $1374.52 PLUS DOLLARS your company stands to loose because of bottom line GREED.
Like a lot of other greedy furniture stores, I'm looking forward to seeing sign bearers on the street corner flashing going out of business signs for your company.
