Arrived for our 7 year olds Birthday and this place is horribly ran. I spent almost $500 for 3 dolphin experiences and 4 "beach club" passes. The counter help were clueless and couldn't figure out how to ring us up without multiple interventions from whomever she called. Once they had my money they offered absolutely zero direction on where we should go or what we should do except they told us where we could wait.....which we later got kicked out of because we weren't supposed to be there either.
- The beach club is super small, limited seating and a tiny pool.
- service is awful from the moment you walk in.
- there is limited seating
- you can't take pictures because their third party photographers do for a cool $35 a picture. If you have a longer range lens you can get similar shots from the viewing area.
But hey there are dolphins so they can charge whatever they want.
My advice is not to come here and if you do don't come expecting to get a value for your money. Especially considering how clearly bad they treat their customers.
(Update - Someone from Dolphinarus did contact me about this review. She was very nice and apologetic for our experience.
If I ever take the family back I will be sure to update this review. I doubt it given the cost and experience but you never know)
