  • For the longest time, I was absolutely terrified of dentists. In fact, I stopped going for a good 8 years (basically, once I moved away from home). So you can imagine the state of my teeth when I started going to 720 King West. But no one was mean or critical, just very matter of fact and so so patient. Dr. Hao explained all the procedures in depth to me so that I would know what was going to happen and showed me x-rays so that I could see for myself what was going on. He was more than fair in terms of pricing and for once, I wasn't tearing up in pain the entire visit. I couldn't ask for a better dentist! His staff is great as well. The receptionist is always, always smiling and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and let me watch whatever I wanted on the tv.
