  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY LOCATION! The local guys are inept, both mechanics and service writers but corp. does not care either and encourages their corrupt practices of vagueness, overcharging and my latest beef is that I got premium Michelin tires for my MB for $1,200 that are worn out after 10,000 miles when the service writer(that is no longer there) told me they were good for 40,000?!@#$%^&*(. Does anyone care ? NO!!! I checked the reviews for the tires and they indeed are not rated for 40K and people had similar issues so makes me want to avoid Michelin in the future too! Again at least the dealerships are responsible and have real customer service. I try to be nice and go local but whats a guy to do?
