  • The outside of the building is in extraordinarily horrible shape. For starters, the owner of the business must be a cheap and evil person. It looks like they are purposely trying to bring down the property value of the whole block! The place has paint cracking, tables and chairs that shake and move when you use them, and there is an overall ambiance of despair and hopelessness when you are near the building. The owner truly should commit himself to a mental institution. While he is making a great return on his investment, the owner apparently has a business strategy that is focused on keeping the building looking like a piece of crap while he pockets the money that needs to be re-invested in the building. He doesn't give a damn about the surrounding businesses, the city of Phoenix, or his customers. None of my coworkers will eat at this establishment because of the appearance of the place. We work literally across the street. Message to owner: Way to think about yourself instead of your community by pocketing all the money that should go towards making your POS BBQ shack look like a place a non-hobo would frequent. On a separate note: The food is great! 9/10 for everything on the menu. Delicious!
