I have been to this urgent care multiple times. Normally when I go in I spend probably about an hour if I go after opening. This morning they decided to role out their new system which took an hour and a half to even get the first patient seen. I checked in at 7:55 there was only one person in front of me. Two hours rolls around the corner they take the person that was there before me and the person that signed in AFTER me. They then billed my insurance without me even seeing a doctor. When I finally did get put in a room Kim was very sweet and was able to take almost all of my medical information from my phone so I didn't have to talk. The doctor comes in tells me my strep test was negative, but I have all the symptoms of strep so that's what I'm gonna diagnose you with. Gee thanks.
Next time I suggest you pay your employees a little overtime and roll out your new system after hours. You have a bunch of sick and irritated people waiting in your waiting room who are able to hear every problem you're having. Hell after sitting there for two hours even I could probably run the system!
I think next time I will try another urgent care when needed.
