If you're a Marriott Platinum don't expect any special treatment. After accidentally canceling a reservation and calling to correct it an hour later, the Assistant Manager Ebrahim Ansari did not even return a call at the request of customer care. He did email a day later and basically tell me I was on my own and to call Platinum. If you're not even important as their most elite member I'd hate to think how it would be for everyone else. Find another place!
