  • I'm a geezer but nothing about this mall excites me. Maybe you have to be a female geezer? This place was probably designed to be anchored by North America's first two story Sharper Image (RIP) to attract the man geezer money. It really screams out for a Future Shop or some place that sells German designed chainsaws. I'm sure if you live within walking distance from one of the nice condos next door this would be okay to have in your backyard but I didn't see anything here that would keep me from Fairview, Yorkdale, or really putting some KMs on my 1995 Firefly (I've been a browncoat since 1995 and didn't even know it) and head to Square One. The mall features some "ladies that lunch" type restaurants. Some high priced women's type clothing type places that I have no business in, although maybe if I ever got a GF I'd be happy to let her drag me into those kinds of places. They might have some comfy chairs back around the changing rooms I could plunk myself down on while my GF tried stuff on and sometimes popped out of the changing room to solicit a correct, non-evasive opinion. (Guys private msg me if want some stock evasive opinions that don't sound evasive.) Or maybe I was just disappointed not to find a Manchu Wok. Who knows?
