  • So I moved in to Broadstone Camelback on May 11thish...around there. Since then, my ac has broken 3 times. Let's not forget, upon moving in, when I arrived, they did not tidy up the place at all (cleaned the counters, touched up the paints or anything along those lines) even though they had assured me they would. ARIZONA IS NOT A PLACE WHERE ITS OKAY IF YOUR AC IS OUT FOR A WHOLE WEEK. It's one thing after the other with this place. They aren't even courteous enough to allow a pro-rate or anything even though I haven't been able to live in this place functionally since I've moved in. The same poor guy has to come try and fix my ac every time, and it never gets fixed. Ugh I'm so frustrated. For the amount you pay to live here, none of this should be happening.
