  • Worst customer service experience ever, came in for a wash and it rained 10 min later they said save my reciept and I will be fine, I finally come in for my wash and the cashier I believe her name was Charon or something was being completely rude and rushing to get me out of the door. I even called and explained what I got and they said no problem but she was not budging on her word. Don't tell me one thing over the phone and have me come in to a totally different story with a rude cashier. Goodbye forever UNfabulous freddys!
