I went through multiple contractors to find a pool company and Dolphin seemed like the one. I had extremely low expectations based upon what I have read. Every time there was an issue I let them know that my expectations were low and failing them was absurd, but they just didn't seem to care. They never showed me the bids on the hard dig, stuff that supposedly could be done was changed to not being possible without spending $2,000 more. Tile took a month to complete and multiple contractors never showed and the schedule was changed without my knowledge, repeatedly. Now we are filling the pool in November, they come out to do a set up and tell me that my heater won't work because my meter needs be replaced before I can turn it on AND it takes about a week to get done. Unprofessional, unprepared, unpredictable, unprecedented and no concept of under promise and over deliver. This is the first of my negative reviews in every place I can find as well as whatever else I can do to save the next person some grief. If Dolphin wants to make this right, I will gladly update my review. That said, it is going to take some actual effort because sorry and continuing to do the same is not an apology.
UPDATE:
I have had to call about some cracks in the decking and one going into tile. The contractor came out very quickly and fixed them. They missed the one I was most concerned about, but came back out as soon as I called.
I also had a relay go out for the pool light, it was also fixed promptly by their contracted warranty company. Had the response been this way during construction this would have been a 4-5 star review. However I did raise it to 2 stars because it was really well handled.
