  • My husband is having a similar experience at the center in Ballantyne. I really wish they would stop profiling him and just help. We relocated from CA late last year and had such an amazing relationship with the doctor and staff there - they were so compassionate. We moved to the Carolinas and this center was highly recommended - unfortunately, they are rude, unprofessional and completely lacking empathy. My husband was a gymnast who trained for the Olympics as a kid, an athlete through his 20's and always worked physical jobs. Very vibrant and on the move until he injured his arms and the spinal and disc degeneration began. One of the doctors in CA predicted he would not be able to walk in 10 years. Multiple surgeries later, he still deals with pain but he is still walking and still vibrant!! He has a great attitude about his situation and his life. Unfortunately, we have moved here and cannot seem to get the doctor or any of his staff at the Ballyntine office to hear us, to listen, to care about his pain management. Isn't that the purpose of this practice? We feel very distressed about the situation. Not sure where to turn at this point - a truly frustrating situation.
