  • After several visits with the "good guys, I decided they really aren't so "good" after all. Years ago and under different ownership, they helped us out and gave us good service. On that basis, I called them 3 months ago to look at my aging air conditioner in my home. They fixed it and charged me $1672.00. When they came back as part of the service plan, I was informed that I needed a new air conditioner and that I needed to decide within 2 days if I wanted to get any credit for my repairs (the previous technician told me I was eligible for a credit for my repairs which were warranted for 2 years ). Then he takes out some price sheets with the highest prices I have ever seen. Some units were as high as $18000+ I requested time for consideration and got some other quotes. Same SEER were half the price at Parker and Sons. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!! Nice guys are being required to do some not nice things.
