  • United continues to reach new lows with customer service. On a recent flight with maintenance issues the crew on board the plane announced that we were to de-plane ....we collected our things and headed back into the airport only to be "greeted" by a United Rep who started yelling (literally) at passengers "why are you getting off the plane?!? There's no flight after yours -- get back on the plane!!!!" Seriously. She then conspicuously disappeared even though we had been advised by crew on board that a rep would be available to help us with re-bookings.
