  • I will never buy 1 thing again from this store and recommend to others to do the same. I bought a furniture set from this store and within 6 months the nightstand veneer was flaking off. I went into store and was told I had to deal with corporate. Emailed them someone emailed me back to tell me I had to send pictures which I did. Never heard from them. Went in again to store and associate had to call them, sent the pictures again, no response. Went in yesterday, same routine. Someone called ma back and said would be under review. Today when they called was told they couldn't do anything, that it wasn't a manufacturer defect. From day 1, I have been treating this furniture the way I was told, nothing else!! I was also told, it's been a yr and nothing they can do. Yes, a year, given that they didn't reply back 2 times, store associates had to call on my behalf 2 times and pictures sent 2 times over the course of 3 months!!! THIS STORE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!! In addition, they do nothing and drag the process out then say, sorry, it's too late!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN TO BUY ANYTHING!!! If you're smart, you should do the same!!!
