Since we have been going regularly to the Park over the last couple of years, I thought it was time to provide a review. This is our favorite Pittsburgh restaurant. Living in the South Hills, we typically make the journey to Highland Park on Saturdays, so we are most familiar with the weekend brunch menu. We have never had a bad experience here. It's hard to try everything on the brunch menu because the specials are so tempting or we often re-order the items we've found that we really like. My wife usually gets the Omelet of the Day since they are so varied and delicious. My favorites in order of preference from the brunch menu are steak and eggs, slow roasted beef brisket potato hash, and open faced BLT. On the dinner menu, the Gerber Farms roasted half chicken is worth the time needed to prepare. Of course, the frites and mussels are always recommended.
