  • Place has gone downhill after it became popular. Came with bf to check out nyx products and the girl behind the counter wasn't helpful at all. She was doing her nails instead. Didn't even try to explain anything or make a sale. Now remembering why I hated pmall, it's people like who give me a reason to go there. Won't be back for any make up in general. Not satisfied with the newer associates.
